My Approach

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework to facilitate deep reflection on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, exploring the connections between them, and using that knowledge to help you understand yourself better.

We will find the right tools and techniques to help you respond to your stressors, and move towards achieving a sense of inner peace.

Along with CBT, I employ faith-based counseling, mindfulness, and art therapy techniques in sessions.

While we can't control others' behavior, therapy provides a space to understand relationship patterns, enhance communication skills, explore culturally-appropriate boundaries, and acquire the tools you need for personal growth and healthier connections.
